A Chocolate ganache cake is a moist chocolate sponge cake which is filled and covered with our chocolate ganache. A ganache is a combination of cream and our quality, belgian chocolate, which can be white, milk or dark. This is the same chocolate that we use for making our handmade chocolates; we refuse to use poor quality cooking chocolate or packet mixes that most other cake makers will use. Our cakes are baked fresh, often on the day that you collect. Special diets can be catered for eg. Gluten free. Unfortunately it would be impossible to guarantee nut free as we often use nuts for other products.

• portion sizes quoted are for taster approx 1" pieces generally served at parties or weddings. Please bear in mind if the cake is being served as a dessert the portions will need to be 2-3 times bigger.

Wedding Cakes and tiered cakes

These will need to have a layer of marzipan underneath the ganache to give strength also if the cake is to be chocolate cake inside but white chocolate ganache the marzipan will will allow for a nice creamy white finish with no cake showing through. Also the cakes will need to be dowled if they are to be stacked
